October 25, 2021…Construction is now underway at Woodbury Crossing in Corryton, TN, where 80 beautiful and affordable single-family rental homes will soon be available to residents in Knox County. Each of the two and three bedroom homes will have ENERGY START appliances and built for energy-efficiency with Enterprise Green Communities certification in the works. Homes will have nice sized lots and there will be a community building and outdoor recreation area for residents.
The much-needed affordable community will be available for households that earn up to 60% area median income. Thanks to Tennessee Housing Development Agency, investor R4 Capital, and lenders Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust and Summit Community Bank for the support for this community.
