Woda Cooper celebrated the grand opening of Annika Place II in Traverse City, MI on May 14. Special thanks to all who made this project possible including the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, Traverse City and Mayor Amy Shamroe, the Traverse City Housing Commission, Grand Traverse County, Marble Cliff Capital, First National Bank of America, Goodwill Northern Michigan and many others.

Annika Place II is a general occupancy community that represents a $19.3 million investment in Traverse City. 

The development is comprised of 58 affordable apartments: 29 one-bedroom apartments and 24 two-bedroom apartments.

Rent ranges are projected at $755 to $1,355 based on 30-80% AMI. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, playground, media room, BBQ/picnic area, community room, bike racks, lounge and picnic area.
