Woda Cooper Celebrates New Affordable Columbus Community, Granville Woods Lofts I & II

We’re excited to announce the opening of the second phase of our Granville Woods Lofts community on Rhoads Ave. in Columbus, featuring 118 total affordable housing units in two buildings. We celebrated Tuesday, April 28 hosting many of our great partners as well as Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther, State Representative Dontavius Jarrells, State Senator Hearcel Craig and State Representative Latyna Humphrey.
