Grace Meadows wins 2019 Excellence in Rural Housing Award

September 10, 2019, Cleveland, OH…Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce that Grace Meadows in Jeffersonville, OH, earned the 2019 Excellence in Rural Housing Award from USDA Rural Development (RD)’s Hillsboro Area Office.

The award recognized Grace Meadows, a 1BR, 2BR, and 2BR townhome community, for its excellent physical enhancements including restored outdoor benches, beautification to the playground, and new raised garden beds. In addition, the Woda Cooper management team’s efforts to enhance community life, through organized cookouts for residents and a summer lunch program for community/neighborhood children, were applauded.

USDA’s Richard Hall presented Woda Cooper representatives with the award at the Ohio Rural Housing Conference in Cleveland, noting that Grace Meadows, “shines with curb appeal and tenant pride.”
