Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. earned the #8 ranking in Affordable Housing Finance magazine’s Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers list for 2023. We are proud to note we’ve been in the top ten list of Developers for 13 of the last 14 years.
This accomplishment reflects excellent collaboration and support, along with important assistance, from our many strong partners and associates. We could not achieve our goals without the contributions from various state housing agencies, investors, lenders, nonprofit partners, and others who support our communities, as well the dedication of our employees. We are very proud to serve the local communities where we operate.
At a time when affordable housing is in short supply, we appreciate the support and hard work needed to produce each unit and support each resident.
