Earlier this week several leaders responsible for the development of Normandy Lofts—a 48-unit senior new construction community in Shippensburg, PA—met to tour the beautiful, newly completed building and share their thoughts on what it will mean to the community.

Thanks to Gary Lenker, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tri County Housing, and the rest of the Tri County Housing staff and Board of Directors for their partnership; and to Melissa Grover, Director of Government Affairs, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency; Commissioners Kelly Neiderer (Board Chair) and Jean Foschi (Board Vice Chair), Cumberland County; Mike Yates, Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions, Merchants Capital; Mary Kuna, Executive Director, Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities; plus all of the other attendees and supporters that made this much-needed addition to the area’s limited affordable housing a reality.
