This year, Woda Cooper Companies marks its 35th anniversary of affordable housing development. To properly acknowledge the milestone, the entire Woda Cooper family was invited to Columbus, Ohio—the location of the Woda Cooper headquarters—for a celebration of 35 years of building a better world.

It’s rare to have members of our development, construction, and management teams across 17 states under one roof, so our reunion was a very special one for many of us.

The all-company event took place at PINS Mechanical in Dublin—with a few more intimate gatherings for smaller teams beforehand across the BridgePark, Dublin neighborhood. The day included duckpin bowling, classic arcade games, pinball, ping pong, massages & fire pits (to those who needed to wind down), food, drinks, and much more.
