Tommy Lowmon serves as Senior Vice President for Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., where he is responsible for land acquisition and development.
Prior to joining WCCI, Tommy served as Housing Finance Division Director for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. He also previously held the role of Director of Housing Policy for the housing tax credit syndicator Sugar Creek Capital.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for GeorgiaForward and on the National Association of Home Builders HCCP Board of Governors through 2029. He is also affiliated with Up for Growth and the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition.
