Tammy Stansbury joined Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. in 2011 and serves as Vice President of Development. She is a certified Housing Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council, a certified Housing Inspector for HUD programs, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) – REM 101 Successful Site Management. With nearly 40 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Ms. Stansbury brings extensive expertise in finance, construction, and development.
Before joining Woda Cooper, Ms. Stansbury served as Director of Housing, Finance, and Construction at the Kentucky Housing Corporation. In 2010, she was inducted into the Housing Finance Agency Hall of Fame and remains an active member of the Kentucky Chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), where she also serves on the board of directors.
Ms. Stansbury recalls that even before joining Woda Cooper, she recognized the company’s deep commitment to quality developments and resident well-being. After many years with the organization, she says that commitment remains strong—and she’s proud to be part of a team that truly cares.
