Peyton Barnett serves as Development Finance Analyst at WCCI, where he is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and timing investor equity installments and proceeds in accordance with Limited Partnership Agreements. He also supports the conversion of development financing from the construction phase to permanent financing. He has been with the company since 2023.
Prior to joining WCCI, Peyton held roles in real estate acquisitions, mortgage banking, and compliance, building a well-rounded foundation in real estate finance and transaction management.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science degree from University of Cincinnati.
