Mika Dennard serves as Senior Regional Manager for WM&RE, where she has led property management teams across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina since 2020, supporting both residents and investors with a focus on operational excellence and service quality.
Prior to joining WCCI, Mika held a range of property management roles with S.L. Nusbaum Realty, Intermark Management Corporation, Weinstein Properties, and WinnCompanies. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2018, bringing both industry expertise and leadership to her role.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from The Art Institute of Charlotte.
Mika is also an active member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), where she participates in the organization’s mentorship program, supporting and guiding women in the affordable housing industry.
