Mendy DeBorde is a Senior Regional Manager for WM&RE, serving residents and investors by leading property management teams across Kentucky and Tennessee.
Before joining WCCI, Ms. DeBorde developed her vast affordable housing skills and background at Winterwood, Inc., The Kentucky Housing Corp., and at the Georgetown Housing Authority, where she managed project-based HUD projects, administered Section 8 programs, and processed claims.
