Lance Paulick serves as Senior Vice President for WCI. Mr. Paulick is responsible for construction leadership, communication, support and guidance for daily field activities of WCI associates for his assigned team. Mr. Paulick joined WCI in 2013, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Paulick’s extensive background includes retail and commercial development, infrastructure, and homes in the single and multi-family categories. Mr. Paulick attended Georgia State University.
