Kathleen Osterman, HCCP, STAR, IREM, has served as Regional Vice President for WM&RE since 2019, and is responsible for overseeing the property operations across ten states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.
With nearly 20 years of property management experience, Kathleen previously worked with Independent Management Services and McKinley Properties, where she developed extensive expertise in operations, team leadership, and community engagement.
A graduate of Grand Valley State University, Kathleen also serves with the American Red Cross’ Disaster Services Division.
