Joseph P. DiCesare serves as Director, Senior Vice President for WCI and has been with the company since 2011. In this role, he provides leadership, guidance, and oversight of day-to-day field operations for his assigned team.
With a diverse background in construction, Joe brings extensive experience across multiple sectors, including medical and general office, skilled care facilities, retail, multifamily, industrial, and recreational projects.
Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President at The DiCesare Company, where he further developed his expertise in large-scale project execution and management.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
Joe says that one of his most meaningful projects was the restoration of the Columbus School in Baltimore, Maryland—once a historic school building near collapse—where his team successfully transformed the structure into affordable housing, preserving its legacy while creating new community value.
