Brendan Ferns, CPA, serves as Accounting Manager and Chair of the Credit Committee for Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., a role he has held since 2023. He oversees specialized reporting to state housing agencies and provides support with financial modeling and acquisitions.
Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from West Virginia University. He also holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute and the Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC) from Novogradac & Company LLP. In addition, he is a licensed real estate agent.
He notes that stepping outside the office and seeing the smiles of residents moving into quality, affordable housing is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.
