Brendan Ferns, CPA, serves as the Accounting Manager and Chair of the Credit Committee for WCCI. Mr. Ferns oversees the specialized reporting to the State Housing Agencies and provides support with financial modeling and acquisitions. Mr. Ferns holds a B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from West Virginia University. He also has earned the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification and the Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC). In addition to his accounting credentials, he is a licensed real estate agent.
