Allyson Amstutz has been with WCCI since 2020 and serves as a Pre-Construction Officer. In her role, she oversees the comprehensive logistics of moving a property from early development planning through the start of construction, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition at every stage.
Allyson earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, with a focus on development and sustainability.
She also serves as a Board Member for the Ohio Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), where she supports the organization’s mission to build a nationwide, women-led movement that empowers professionals across the affordable housing industry to lead, innovate, and inspire lasting change.
When asked about her favorite project, Allyson points to the Sawmill Crossing development in Summerville, South Carolina. She describes it as an incredibly rewarding experience, noting how the community came together to embrace the project and recognize the value of affordable housing. For her, seeing families move into their first home is really meaningful.
