$20,000 Scholarship Open to Woda Cooper Residents & Their Children

Why the scholarship exists

At Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., we believe that opportunity should never be limited by financial circumstances. It is this belief that inspired our industry leadership in affordable housing and our commitment to the neighborhoods of which we are a part.

Founder, Jeffrey Woda, and his wife, Lynette Woda, established the Jeffrey and Lynette Woda Scholarship to support students from our communities because they understand the life-changing impact that higher education can have for an individual and their families.

A college education, not only enhances lifetime earnings potential, but also fosters personal growth, broadens perspectives, and equips individuals with the skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. The Woda Cooper team has always viewed our youth as our most important resource—the future innovators, leaders, and community builders who will shape a better tomorrow. Through this scholarship, Jeffrey and Lynette are proud to invest in their potential, helping to create pathways to success and strengthen the communities we serve for generations to come.

Anyone who lives in a Woda Cooper community is encouraged to apply!
