Shelby Commons
Shelby Commons is a 46-unit general occupancy development located in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis, within walking distance of Target Field, Nicollet Avenue, and other community amenities. As our first project by in Minnesota, it will be joined by two additional developments in 2025, bringing the total to over 130 units and enabling operational efficiencies. The building features underground parking and murals on two sides created by a local artist that have received citywide attention.
