New senior leadership team at Woda Cooper Companies’ management division

December 20, 2019, Columbus…Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is pleased to highlight new additions to our management division’s senior leadership team:

Philip LaBelle
Senior Vice President – Management

Philip LaBelle joined Woda Cooper Companies earlier this fall as Senior Vice President – Management. He leads a highly experienced team of four Regional Vice Presidents who oversee property management, compliance, and operations for our 300 plus affordable housing communities in 15 states. He is responsible for guiding a team of more than 300 property management professionals.

Prior to joining Woda Cooper, Mr. LaBelle was Vice President of a Michigan-based property management company where he led the day to day operations of a large multifamily and senior community portfolio. He has a diverse background in finance, accounting, operations, and project management, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from The State University of New York at Oneonta and a Master of Science degree in Management from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy in Michigan. He resides in Michigan.

Jeff Burris
Regional Vice President

Jeff Burris joined Woda Cooper in the past few weeks as Regional Vice President for Super Region 3. His role is to lead Woda Cooper management operations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and his home state of Iowa. He joins Woda Cooper as a tenured property management professional, with over 25 years of industry experience including his most recent position leading a large multifamily portfolio throughout eight states. Mr. Burris earned a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and is a proud Big 12 and Cyclones fan.

Erica Green
Regional Vice President

Earlier this fall, Woda Cooper announced the promotion of Erica Green to Regional Vice President for Super Region 4 (with properties in Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland). Erica has held and advanced in various management roles since joining the company in 2012.

Rounding out the senior leadership team for Woda Cooper’s management division are two existing Regional Vice Presidents:

Terry Earhart who leads Super Region 1 (with properties in Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, and South Carolina);

Catherine Harris at the helm for Super Region 2 (properties in Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and Wisconsin).
