Tommy Lowmon serves as Senior Vice President and is responsible for land acquisition and development.
He serves on the board of directors for GeorgiaForward and the National Association of Home Builders HCCP Board of Governors until 2029. He’s also affiliated with Up for Growth and the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition.
Mr. Lowmon previously served Housing Finance Division Director for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Before that, he was Director of Housing Policy for the state housing tax credit syndicator Sugar Creek Capital.
