Tammy Stansbury started at Woda Cooper in 2011 and serves as Vice President of Development. Ms. Stansbury is a certified housing development finance professional through The National Development Council, a certified housing inspector for HUD programs, and a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management – REM 101 Successful Site Management. She has nearly 40 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.
Ms. Stansbury has previously served the Director of Housing, Finance, and Construction at the Kentucky Housing Corporation. Ms. Stansbury was inducted in the Housing Finance Agency Hall of Fame in 2010 and is a member of the Kentucky Chapter of Women’s Affordable Housing Network. She is also a board member for the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) for Kentucky.
Before she was a part of the Woda Cooper team and while with the state housing agency, she could see that WCCI really cared about their developments and residents. So, after working for the company all this time, she says that still holds true and that she’s really proud to be a part of the organization.
