Peyton Barnett

Peyton Barnett serves as the Development Finance Analyst at WCCI. In this role, he is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and timing of investor equity installments and proceeds in the manner agreed upon in the Limited Partnership Agreement. Mr. Barnett also assists in the conversion of financing for developments from the construction phase to permanent financing.

Prior to joining WCCI in 2023, Mr. Barnett held positions in real estate acquisitions, mortgage banking, and compliance. Mr. Barnett holds a B.S. from Bowling Green State University, and M.S. from the University of Cincinnati.
