Allyson Amstutz is the Pre-Construction Officer at WCCI and been with the company since 2020. As a skilled project manager, she helps oversee the comprehensive logistics of moving a property from development pre-planning to the start of construction.
Mrs. Amstutz earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University with a focus in development and sustainability.
She serves as a Board Member for the Ohio Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) with the goal to create a nationwide, women-led movement that strengthens women across the affordable housing industry to lead, innovate, and inspire lasting change.
Allyson’s favorite project to date is our Sawmill Crossing Development in Summerville, SC. She said it was an incredibly rewarding experience to watch the entire community came together to embrace the project and truly value having affordable housing available in the market. She added that seeing families move into their first home is something really special.
