Kreider Commons named Project of the Year by USGBC-Central Pennsylvania

Westerville, OH, September 7, 2017…Kreider Commons was recently named Project of the Year in the 2017 Forever Green awards by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) – Central Pennsylvania. The Woda development in Lebanon, PA, earlier earned LEED Platinum Certification from USGBC.

Kreider Commons has 50 one- and two- bedroom modern affordable rental apartments for independent seniors. Woda adapted the site from the 1919 six story former A.S. Kreider Shoe Company manufacturing/warehouse building. Total development cost was approximately $12 million.
