$20,000 Scholarship Open to Woda Cooper Residents & their Children

Jeffrey Woda, Founder and CEO of Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., and his wife, Lynette, are proud to announce the 2026–27 Jeffrey and Lynette Woda Scholarship. This $20,000 scholarship will support the child of any resident living in a Woda Cooper community.

The Woda’s belief that opportunity should never be limited by financial circumstances drives Woda Cooper’s leadership in the field of affordable housing. That same ideal served as the inspiration for this scholarship, which they hope will help students earn life-changing, higher-education degrees.
