April 16, 2019, Columbus, OH…Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. launched a new corporate video Building Dreams and Affordable Communities today. The just-under four minute video features footage from a small sample of the firm’s more than 300 affordable housing communities and 12,000 units. Footage depicts gorgeous rental communities for seniors and families in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Indiana, within the firm’s 15-state operating area.
The video emphasizes Woda Cooper’s focus on creating affordable homes with stylish and energy-efficient living spaces, high-quality finishes, open concept design, and many added amenities such as community rooms, computer centers, fitness centers, play areas, outdoor picnic areas, and walking trails. “I think that sets us apart from even some of the market rate apartments in the area,” says employee Sallie LeCounte, a Woda Cooper community manager in Indiana.
A senior resident named Mary said her home at Tristan Ridge in Eminence, KY, is a source of pride and satisfaction. “When my son comes to pick me up I feel proud that he is pulling up to a nice driveway, with some nice plants, some beautiful landscaping a really beautiful building that’s clean and neat and well kept,” she says.
Principal David Cooper notes there’s a strong connection between where people live and the quality of their lives. “We can provide a small service by providing that high-quality housing and creating a community within the housing,” states Cooper.
