Families featured in new video about affordable housing

February 18, 2021….Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. has released a short video featuring ten families who live in the company’s affordable multifamily communities.  The company provides affordable housing for 14,000 households for families, singles, and seniors in 350 communities in 16 states throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic.  

“Affordable Housing for Your Community’s Families” features Woda Cooper Companies’ residents describing the relief in finding affordable family housing, including for those with physical disabilities; peace of mind of having a quiet, well-maintained home; the joy in finding a spacious, energy efficiency housing option; and the benefits of onsite property management. Residents also discuss the advantages of multigenerational communities, LIVE:WORK environments, and the charm of living in a vintage building rehabilitated and repurposed for housing.
