Malik Jordan

Malik Jordan serves as a Senior Vice President of Development for WCCI. With nearly 20 years of community development, affordable housing, and urban planning experience, Mr. Jordan helps lead the WCCI development team from our Maryland office.

Prior to officially joining Woda Cooper Companies in 2024, Mr. Jordan worked alongside WCCI as CEO at The Jordan Group—assisting the development team in financial analysis, research, planning, and design. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Coppin State University and a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning at Georgetown University.
