P. Craig Patterson

P. Craig Patterson serves as Senior Vice President and is responsible for land acquisition and development. He is currently a board member on the Michigan Housing Council and former board member of the Michigan Community Development Corporation.

Prior to joining WCCI in 2002, Mr. Patterson held several management and product development positions at Amway Corporation including a 3.5-year assignment in Tokyo, Japan as Marketing Director and served as an officer in the Michigan National Guard Corps of Engineers. Mr. Patterson received his B.A. in Microbiology from The Ohio State University, and an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University.
