Jonathan McKay joined Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. in 2017, where he serves as Vice President of Development. In this role, he is responsible for scoring, site selection, and application production. He is also a National Development Council certified Housing Development Finance Professional.
Prior to joining WCCI, Jonathan worked for The NRP Group as Applications Manager, and for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency in several roles, including Housing Grant Analyst, Multifamily Finance Coordinator, and Policy and Program Manager. This experience provided a strong foundation in housing finance, policy, and development strategy.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
Jonathan is actively involved with the Affordable Housing Alliance of Central Ohio.
