Amanda Mitchell Ater serves as Senior Regional Manager for WM&RE, where she leads property management teams across Ohio in delivering high-quality service to both residents and investors. Since joining the company in 2014 as a Community Manager, she has advanced through multiple roles, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.
Prior to her tenure with WCCI, Amanda owned and operated her own business, bringing an entrepreneurial perspective to her work in affordable housing and property management. She holds several industry-recognized certifications, including HCCP, BOM, NPCC, HCM-RD, C3P, and STAR.
Amanda is also an active member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry engagement.
