Barry Accountius joined Woda Cooper in 2009 and is Vice President of Development, with 25 years of experience in construction, management, administration, and affordable housing development.
Before Woda Cooper, he worked at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. He is a National Development Council–certified Housing Development Finance Professional and holds an Ohio real estate license.
A Navy veteran, Barry serves on the Jersey Township Board of Zoning Appeals and is active with the Illinois Housing Council and Iowa Housing Partnerships.
