Westerville, OH, June 15, 2016 — The Woda Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful lease up of Butler Crossing. Butler Crossing is a forty unit, new construction townhouse community located in Kingstree, South Carolina which was leased by Woda Management & Real Estate, LLC in 23 days. The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority allocated Butler Crossing low income housing tax credits and provided a HOME loan in the amount of $700,000. City Real Estate Advisors, Inc. raised $6 million of Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity towards the transaction from a multi-investor fund. The Huntington National Bank provided construction financing and the Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas (“CICCAR”) is providing the permanent first mortgage for $510,000.
